Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Effective Date: 20th March 2026

At Konung Keithel, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience under the following terms and conditions:

1. COD Availability

• COD is available on selected products and locations across India.
• Availability depends entirely on the serviceability of our courier partners in your specific area.

2. Confirmation

To prevent unauthorized orders, COD orders require a secondary confirmation via:

• A direct phone call from our team, or
• A confirmation message via WhatsApp.

3. Partial Advance (Recommended)

• For high-value orders or highly customized products (such as personalized LED frames), we may request a small partial advance payment to initiate the production process.

4. Order Rejection

If a customer refuses delivery of a COD order at the doorstep:

• Future COD orders for that customer/address may be restricted or disabled.
• The customer may be required to pay 100% in advance for any future orders.

5. Fake Orders

• Suspicious, incomplete, or clearly fake COD orders will be cancelled immediately without prior notice to protect our logistics and production costs.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
• If the customer is unavailable after these attempts, the order will be returned to us, and the order will be marked as cancelled.
