Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Konung Keithel, all our products are custom-made, so we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the design or production process has started, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Product lost in transit

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds or cancellations for:

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Minor color or design variations (due to screen differences)
• Incorrect details or low-quality images provided by the customer

4. Replacement Policy

Replacement will be provided for damaged or defective items. To be eligible, the customer must provide:

• Unboxing video (mandatory to verify transit damage)
• Clear photos of the specific issue

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.
• The amount will be credited via the original payment method used during checkout.

6. Return Shipping

In the case of a damaged or wrong product, we will arrange a return pickup (if applicable) at no additional cost to you.
