By placing an order via WhatsApp with Konung Keithel, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your purchase and communication.

1. Order Confirmation

Orders placed via WhatsApp are considered valid and officially accepted only after:

• Final price confirmation has been provided by our representative.
• All order details (size, type, customization) have been approved by the customer.
• Payment (full or partial advance) has been successfully received and verified.

2. Customization Responsibility

As our products are highly personalized, the customer is solely responsible for verifying the following before final confirmation:

• Quality and clarity of uploaded images.
• Correctness of text, names, dates, or messages.
• Specific design details or music links provided.

3. Payment Terms

• To begin processing your custom order, we may require either full payment or a partial advance payment.
• Production will only commence once the payment is confirmed by our accounts team.

4. No Cancellation

• Once an order is confirmed on WhatsApp and the customization/design process has started, cancellations are not allowed.
• This is due to the personalized nature of our products, which cannot be resold.

5. Delivery Timeline

• An estimated delivery timeline will be shared at the time of order.
• Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to logistics, high production volume, or shipping partner issues.

6. Media Usage

By sharing images or media files via WhatsApp, you confirm that:

• You own the legal rights or have permission to use and share the content.
• You allow Konung Keithel to use the content strictly for the purpose of order fulfillment.

7. Communication Record

• WhatsApp chat transcripts, including images and voice notes sent during the ordering process, will be maintained as official order records for dispute resolution and quality control.
